FAQ
I. Do you travel?
Absolutely! We love to travel, our adventurous souls long to capture love stories all over the world.
II. Are the travel expenses included in your collections or covered additionally?
We are based in Graham, North Carolina. Travel expenses will not be charged unless your wedding is more than 50 miles from where we are located. For destination weddings our pricing is a bit different and I urge you to contact us for special pricing.
III. How long does it take to receive my films?
Each wedding and season is different. Typically we stay within an 8 week timeframe. You may receive your film within a couple of weeks but to ensure the best possible edit we give an 8 week timeframe.
IV. Is a deposit required?
Yes. We only require a $400 deposit to book any of our collections.
V. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We can split your collection cost in, up to 4, payments if you desire to do that.
VI. Can we choose the music used in our video?
Unfortunately not. Each song that we use is carefully chosen to fit the vibe of our couples and their wedding. We only use music that we can license through a website called Musicbed, that way you won't ever have to worry about your video being muted for copyright.
